Appointment details go to the relevant studio and, if it subscribes, its private calendar app.

Enterprise Encryption

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3, and databases are encrypted at rest with AES-256.

1. Overview & Scope

ChairMora Technologies Inc. (“ChairMora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an online marketplace and discovery directory connecting clients with verified independent barbershops, boutique hair salons, and chair artists, alongside booking and studio management software for studio owners.

This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who visit our website (chairmora.com), discover studios, book appointments, or create a studio owner account. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you directly provide, information collected automatically, and information from others, such as authentication providers or a studio owner entering an appointment arranged outside ChairMora.

A. For Clients (Booking Appointments):

  • Contact Details: Full name, email address, phone number for appointment confirmations, reminders and calendar feeds (.ics). A name is asked for once, after your email address is verified, if your account does not already have one.
  • Appointment Details: Selected salon, chosen service, preferred stylist, requested time slot, and special requests or notes.
  • Shop orders and gift credit: When you order products or gifts, we keep the buyer's account and name, studio, product names, quantities, prices, currency, order reference, status and any linked appointment. Gifts also keep the intended recipient's email or mobile number, optional message, private claim code, sender, holder, delivery status and balance. Receipt, refund and redemption references and amounts are recorded when the studio updates the order. ChairMora does not receive card numbers, banking credentials or processor account credentials for shop payments.
  • Shop record retention: Shop orders, gift balances and redemption records remain with the issuing studio so it can honour credit and resolve purchases. Records are removed when that studio is deleted. Outstanding orders, pickups or positive gift balances may block studio deletion; outstanding orders or held credit may block client account deletion. Deleting a purchaser's settled account does not erase a gift another person holds or the issuing studio's order record.
  • Studio-Entered Appointments: A studio owner may enter an appointment made by phone, in person, or elsewhere. We receive the client name, selected service, chair and time, plus any email, phone number or note the studio chooses to add. The client does not need a ChairMora account for this entry.
  • Studio-Imported Contacts: A studio owner may upload a client list from another booking system. The studio's private directory may hold names, email and phone numbers, client notes, preferred services and old system IDs. Importing a contact does not create a ChairMora account or authorize SMS or marketing messages. The uploaded CSV is read for the import and is not kept as a separate file by ChairMora.
  • Studio Client Records: A studio may keep tags on a client, a private list of clients it has blocked from booking (with an optional private reason that the client is never shown), and booking questions for you to answer, such as allergies or hair history. Your answers are kept with the appointment, are visible to that studio and its team, and are deleted with the studio's data.
  • Team Time & Pay Records: If you work at a studio on a paid plan and the studio invites you to sign in, the studio can, if it switches the optional time clock on, record your clock-in, break and clock-out times, ask you to confirm corrections, and keep commission, pay adjustments and an hourly rate for you. These are visible to the studio's owner and delegated administrators, not to clients, and stay with the studio's records.
  • Reviews & Ratings: Public ratings and written feedback. A review is tied to your account and to the specific past appointment it is about, and is published under the name on your account.
  • Error diagnostics: When an app failure occurs, we may record its error message, stack trace, page path, app version, browser type and a short list of recent action names. For signed-in reports, we may also record your account ID and account type. We exclude form values, request bodies and URL query strings, and redact common credentials and contact details from error text. Diagnostics are available to platform administrators to investigate failures and are retained for up to 90 days after the last occurrence. Administrators may receive short error alerts through our email and SMS providers.
  • Account Security: If you switch on two-factor authentication, the shared secret for your authenticator app and your unused recovery codes.
  • Notification Choices: Whether you agreed to text messages about your booking, and whether you opted in to product announcements by email. Booking texts are plain text messages with no images.
  • Booking SMS conversations: Incoming text content, sending phone number, message identifier, verification attempts, a short-lived verified booking session, and requested booking actions. When verifying from a different phone, we email a one-time code to the address on the booking. Platform administrators can review incoming booking and support texts and ChairMora's replies for service support. Our transcript copy is kept for 30 days; verification codes are redacted. This transcript starts when enabled and does not include older texts from delivery logs.
  • WhatsApp conversations: If you message our approved WhatsApp sender, we keep the sending number, message text, message identifiers and booking steps. Platform administrators can review these conversations to support the service. ChairMora keeps its WhatsApp transcript copy for 30 days; Twilio processes messages for delivery and conversation memory under its service settings.

B. For Studio Owners & Stylists:

  • Studio Information & Media: Business name, address, phone number, operating schedule, chair counts, fleet location relationships and public/private location status, saved widget colors and branding preference, optional service photos, cover banners, gallery photos (up to 10 on Starter Free, unlimited on Pro/AI Suite), video showcase links or video uploads (1 on Starter Free, unlimited on Pro), and team member rosters. Uploaded media is processed, securely stored, and distributed via CDN to present eligible studio profiles, directory listings, service menus and booking interfaces to clients. If a studio gives its stylists a sign-in, a stylist sees the bookings the owner allows (client name, service, time and notes, and phone and email only if the owner permits). An owner who hides their studio from ChairMora's listings keeps the profile at its own link, but it is left out of the directory, search, the sitemap and our assistants. Service photos also appear in the public service menu, booking picker and embedded widget. Owners can allow invited stylists to manage photos only for services their active chair performs.
  • Account Credentials: Email address, hashed authentication credentials, and session tokens.
  • Listing Verification: The business phone number you publish, the one-time code texted to it, the time and outcome of each verification attempt, and the resulting verification status of the listing. We keep this to establish that a listed studio is a real business reachable at the number it advertises.
  • Team Records: Stylist names, service assignments, scheduled time off, and — where the studio chooses to send per-stylist alerts — the work email address, mobile number and email/text preference for each stylist. Studio owners are responsible for having their team's agreement before entering these.
  • Billing Details: Subscription tier, the number of paid extra chairs, subscription identifiers, status, renewal state, paid-through dates, monthly counts of studio SMS segments and Live Guide minutes used, and any one-time top-ups bought. Stripe processes card details under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance; ChairMora never stores raw card numbers.
  • Private Account Notifications: Service notices about plan activation, paid-chair quantity, billing status, downgrades, paused chairs, and secondary locations becoming private after Enterprise ends, together with whether each notice was read or dismissed. These notices are private to the account and are separate from optional marketing announcements.

C. Technical & Usage Data:

Device type, IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate geographic city/region, referring URL, and interaction logs with studio profiles. While a ChairMora page is open and visible, your browser sends a short heartbeat (a random per-tab ID, the page area and, if you are signed in, your account) so administrators can see how many people are online. These records are deleted within an hour. If you sign in, ChairMora also stores the studios you save as favorites and your home-page filter habits with your account so they follow you across devices.

Separately, site visitor analytics records anonymous visits, page paths, approximate country, referring domain or campaign label, broad device and browser categories, and time while a page is visible. A random browser identifier is saved in local storage for up to 90 days to distinguish new and returning browsers; a per-tab visit identifier expires after 30 minutes without a visible heartbeat. Analytics records and daily statistics are retained for 90 days and only platform administrators can view them. We do not attach these records to your account or retain raw IP addresses, full referring URLs, URL query strings, form contents or precise location. Country detection uses Country (api.country.is), as described below; VPNs may affect the result. Admin pages and known bots are excluded. Analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; you can also clear your browser storage to reset the identifier.

3. How We Use Information

We use your data only for legitimate business and service purposes:

In the Greater Toronto Area call directory, opening the local shop call list records a coarse city and shop-category total. Viewing the list does not request or authorize outreach on your behalf. A daily hash prevents repeat browser counts and expires within two days; raw searches, precise visitor coordinates and contact details are not stored in demand records. Aggregate totals are retained for 180 days. Local options use public business website/directory facts and OpenStreetMap contact tags and coordinates; Google Maps links open only when you choose them.

We may send one relevant shop invitation to a reviewed published business email address with a documented basis for contact. Each invitation identifies ChairMora and provides an unsubscribe link. Shops must explicitly request a one-time automated AI callback; phone calls are transcribed under the phone-line retention described above. Outreach introduces ChairMora and invites the shop to consider listing, without pressure. Calls start only Monday to Friday, within 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Toronto time and the shop's recently checked opening hours. Explicit no-call wording recognized in the recipient's transcript is recorded when the call ends; our team can also record a request received elsewhere. We retain the normalized number, shop, request time, source and note to block further outreach to that number across shop contacts. These blocks do not expire with call history. A phone-only opt-out does not change email preferences or prevent you calling ChairMora. Your contact information is not shared with these external shops.

Shop owners who received an owner outreach email and opened it more than once may get one short survey email asking what their current booking app is missing. We use how many times the email was opened, as reported by our email provider, only to decide who is asked. Each survey email has a personal link: tapping an answer saves it against your email address, and anything else you add on the survey page saves as you type. Answers are read by our team to decide what to build, are not shared outside ChairMora, and are kept until you ask us to delete them. The survey email has an unsubscribe link that also removes you from owner outreach.

  • Facilitating Bookings: Transmitting your reservation instantly to the studio owner's dashboard and delivering direct confirmation emails.
  • Studio-Entered Scheduling: Showing manually entered appointments on the studio calendar and reserving the occupied time so clients cannot book over it. If the studio provides the client's email, ChairMora sends an appointment confirmation to that address. If the studio records the client's permission and provides a mobile number, ChairMora may also send appointment texts. The studio handles changes directly with the client.
  • Time Alerts: If you ask to be told when a time opens up, we store the studio, service, chosen chair, day and the time you chose with your account email, and your mobile number only if you tick the text option. We check the studio's availability every few minutes and send one alert by email and in your notification bell, plus one text if you opted in and the studio's plan includes texts. The studio does not see your alert unless you book. Alerts end once sent or when the day passes, you can remove them in My Account at any time, and records are deleted after 30 days or when you delete your account.
  • Directory Discovery: Helping clients find nearby barbershops and salons by city, neighborhood, or specialty.
  • Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, resolving booking discrepancies, and offering concierge onboarding for studios.
  • Client Inbox and studio conversations: Delivering public-profile inquiries and email replies, plus in-app direct threads and group chats started by authorized studio team members. We store message text, sender names and account identifiers, studio and conversation membership, message times, read status and departures. Chat recipients need a verified email account matching the studio's client contact. Participants can read messages in their conversation; group members see each other's names and message history, but not email addresses through the chat.
  • Studio email and preference records: We store campaign subjects, message bodies, recipient email addresses, sender, studio, send times and delivery status, together with each client's channel preferences and when they changed. Authorized owners, workspace members and stylists can send to subscribed clients within their granted client access. Email passes through our configured email delivery provider. A sent status records acceptance for delivery, not guaranteed inbox placement.
  • Conversation retention: Studio conversations and campaign records remain until the studio's owning account is deleted. Leaving a chat removes future access and messages to you, but does not erase messages already shared with its other participants. Deleting your account removes your conversation memberships and authored chat messages, anonymizes retained membership names, and records studio email suppression. Copies of emails already delivered remain in their recipients' mailboxes.
  • Booking alert records: Keeping a record of each alert email sent to a studio (type, recipient, time and whether it was delivered) so the studio can review it and the same alert is never sent twice. Deleting an alert from the dashboard log removes it from the studio’s view; the record itself is deleted with the studio’s account.
  • Verified SMS self-service: Matching a confirmation code with the booked phone or email, sending an email verification code when needed, and handling booking status, requested changes or cancellation within the permitted window. Per-sender and platform limits reduce abusive traffic.
  • Verifying Studios: Sending a one-time code by text to a studio's published phone number, and checking it against other listings, so that fabricated or duplicate businesses do not reach the directory. This is automated; no person reviews your application.
  • Product Announcements: Publishing platform news to the notification area inside your account, and — only if you have explicitly opted in — emailing you the same announcement. We do not record who published an announcement, and an announcement carries no information about you.
  • Billing and Account Notices: Showing private in-app service notices when a plan, paid-chair quantity, payment status, or chair allowance changes. These operational notices remain available even when optional product announcements are disabled.
  • Platform Reliability & Security: Detecting bot behavior, and rate-limiting spam and code-guessing attempts.

3b. The Help Chat

The help chat on this site answers questions about ChairMora and can look up, change or cancel a booking. It is open to everyone, signed in or not.

  • Conversation records: typed chatbot conversations from the website, Android app and iOS app are kept for 30 days for service support and reviewed by ChairMora administrators. Confirmation and verification codes are redacted. Clearing the chat clears your on-screen history; the support record expires separately.
  • What is sent to the AI provider: only the words you type, a description of how ChairMora works, and relevant past help-chat preferences if available. The assistant does not receive your full account or booking record. Live booking details are checked by ChairMora's servers before they are shown.
  • Looking up a booking: handled by our own servers, not the AI. You supply the confirmation code plus the email or mobile on the booking; both must match before anything is shown. Attempts are rate limited, and a wrong pair returns the same answer whatever was wrong, so the chat cannot be used to discover which codes exist.
  • What the chat shows back: the studio, service, stylist, time and your own note — deliberately not the full contact details on the booking.
  • Voice mode: if you choose to talk to the help chat, your microphone audio is streamed to our AI service provider only to understand and answer you during the call. ChairMora never records the audio. We keep a written transcript of the chat for up to one year, to see how voice help is used and improve it; it is linked to an anonymous browser identifier, and you are told at the start that chats are transcribed. Calls last up to 5 minutes, and each browser can start 5 in any 24 hours.
  • Conversation memory: we share help-chat messages and written voice transcripts with Twilio's Conversation Orchestrator and Memory service so the assistants can remember relevant preferences across visits once this feature is enabled. We remove common contact details and verification codes before sharing them. Website chat and website voice use the same anonymous browser identifier; the phone line and messaging use channel identifiers. We do not automatically link these records to your ChairMora account. A remembered preference does not verify a booking or replace current studio prices and availability.
  • Booking by voice: voice help can find studios, services and open times and then open the studio's booking page for you to confirm; it never completes a booking itself. To change or cancel a booking it needs the confirmation code and the email or mobile number it was made with, exactly like the text chat, and it reads back only the booking's service, studio, time and stylist.
  • Studios near you: if you ask for studios near you, your browser asks for permission to share your location. Your coordinates stay in your browser and are used only to sort studios by distance; only the resulting studio names and rough distances are shared with the voice assistant. If you decline, your browser's time zone is used to guess a rough area instead. ChairMora does not store your location.
  • Session identifier: your browser stores a random string so we can limit how many questions and lookups one browser makes. It identifies a browser, not a person, and clearing site data replaces it.
  • SMS questions: SMS questions about ChairMora use the same product knowledge as the website help chat. The question text may be sent to our AI provider; the confirmation code, contact detail and full private booking record are not supplied as booking context. While a booking is currently verified, the assistant may also receive the studio name, its rescheduling allowance, the number of changes used, the cutoff and the explanation of whether another move is allowed. A refusal may include the studio's public phone number. This policy context expires with the verified session; it does not include the client's name, confirmation code or booked contact details.
  • WhatsApp questions: The ChairMora WhatsApp sender's guided booking flow uses live ChairMora shop, service and availability data. We use the same limited rescheduling policy context for a currently verified appointment as described for SMS above. We retain its conversation copy for 30 days in the platform admin area. Twilio may use the conversation to derive preferences in our configured Memory store. A preference is never used as proof that you own a booking.
  • Please do not type payment card numbers, passwords or health information into the chat. It does not need them and never asks for them.

3c. The Live Guide (Studio Owners)

The Live Guide is a voice assistant inside the Studio Workspace for studio owners on paid plans. It is only switched on when an owner opens it and presses Start, and only while that session lasts (up to 5 minutes, drawn from the plan's monthly Live Guide minutes).

  • Voice and text: while a session is open, the owner's microphone audio and any typed questions are streamed to our AI service provider to understand the question and speak the answer. ChairMora does not record or store the audio or the conversation; the transcript exists only on the owner's screen and disappears when the panel is closed.
  • What the guide is told: a fixed description of how ChairMora works, the studio's name, the owner's first name and the studio's setup progress (for example, whether hours or services have been added).
  • Business data (Studio AI Suite and Enterprise): when the owner asks, the guide can look up that studio's own bookings and their values, cancellation patterns, reviews and Client Inbox messages. These answers can include client names, services, appointment times and notes. Client email addresses and phone numbers are never shared with the guide. A studio can only ever reach its own records.
  • Analytics: the Analytics page is worked out in the owner's browser from the studio's own bookings. “Find gaps in my services” (Studio AI Suite and Enterprise) sends our AI service provider totals only: bookings and revenue by service, stylist, day and hour, and counts of new and returning clients. It sends no client names or contact details.
  • Cancellation records: from September 23, 2026, ChairMora records when a booking was cancelled and whether the client or the studio cancelled it, so studios can understand their cancellation patterns.
  • Clients: if you book with a studio that uses the Live Guide, your name and appointment details may be processed as described above to answer that studio's questions about its own business. They are not used to advertise to you.

3d. The ChairMora Phone Line

When you call the ChairMora phone number, an automated voice assistant answers questions about ChairMora. It tells you at the start of the call that calls are transcribed.

  • What we keep: your phone number, the time and length of the call, a written transcript of what was said, and any links we texted you. We do not keep an audio recording.
  • Why: to answer your questions, text you links you ask for, prevent abuse (calls per number are limited), and keep records of our support conversations.
  • Processing: your voice is processed by our AI service provider to understand and answer you during the call. We also share a redacted written transcript with Twilio's Conversation Orchestrator and Memory service to remember relevant preferences for future conversations.
  • Texts: we only text you a link when you say yes on the call, at most three per call. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
  • How long: call records are deleted after one year. To ask for yours to be deleted sooner, use our contact form.
  • Managing a booking by phone: the phone line can check, move or cancel your own online booking. It texts you, and you reply with your confirmation code (or say it). The booking is only found when that code matches a booking made with the number you are calling from. The code itself is not passed to our AI provider and is deleted when the call ends; the booking details discussed on the call are part of its transcript. The phone line cannot see accounts or anyone else's bookings.
  • Booking a new appointment by phone: when you choose a time on the call, we hold it for 30 minutes under the name you give, with the number you are calling from and whether you asked for text reminders, and text that number a private link to confirm. The booking is only made when you confirm it on that page while signed in to your ChairMora account; it is then handled like any other booking. The studio sees nothing until you confirm. Held times that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
  • Booking by text: when you text a booking request to our number, we keep your answers (studio, service, stylist, time, name and whether you want reminders) with your number until the booking conversation ends or times out after 30 minutes, then hold the time for 15 minutes and text you the same kind of private link. We count messages and holds per number to prevent abuse. Your texts are not sent to an AI provider for booking.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only under strict conditions:

  • With Booked Studios: When you book a chair, the respective studio owner and stylist receive your name, phone, and appointment service note to fulfill your appointment.
  • With the issuing shop and gift recipient:The studio owner and delegated workspace Admins can see shop orders, buyer details, intended gift recipient details, messages, delivery status, balances and redemption records to fulfil purchases and honour credit. A gift recipient receives the shop, value, optional message and private claim link/code through our email or SMS provider. Entering a recipient for a gift does not add them to a newsletter or authorize marketing messages. Keep claim links private; anyone using an unclaimed link while signed in may claim it. Shop payment links open the studio's external processor, where that processor's privacy terms apply. ChairMora stores only the order and the references the owner records.
  • Deposit decisions: If a studio only asks clients with recent late cancellations or no-shows for a deposit, ChairMora checks your own booking history at that studio (only that studio) when you book, and tells the studio why a deposit was requested. Your history at one studio is never shown to another.
  • With Your Stylist: If a studio switches on stylist alerts, the stylist assigned to your booking also receives the appointment details by email and/or text, including your note for the chair.
  • With a Studio's Calendar App: If the studio subscribes to its private ChairMora calendar feed, that feed includes upcoming appointments, client names, and any phone numbers or notes entered for them, including studio-entered appointments. The studio controls where it subscribes to the feed and must keep its private address secure.
  • Service Providers: Trusted providers that help us run ChairMora: cloud hosting and data storage, email delivery for account and booking messages, newsletter delivery, text and WhatsApp messaging, conversation memory, payment processing (Stripe), and AI service providers that power the help chat, studio assistant, studio Live Guide and phone voice assistance. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and AI providers process requests only to generate the answer and under their commercial data terms. If you join the newsletter, we send your email address and subscription choice to our newsletter provider.
  • Local-currency pricing: your browser may contact Country (api.country.is) to determine your country from its network IP, and Frankfurter to retrieve exchange rates. Requests omit cookies and the referring page address. ChairMora retains only a coarse country code in session storage and dated exchange rates and your currency preference in local storage; it does not retain the returned IP or request coordinates for pricing. If the country lookup is unavailable, device time zone and language-region settings are used. You can change the display currency on the pricing page. Stripe independently confirms the final payment currency, conversion rate, fees and taxes at checkout.
  • Text Messaging Consent: We use booking-specific consent to decide whether to send appointment texts. We provide messaging information to our text messaging provider as needed to deliver texts and honor carrier opt-outs; we do not sell SMS consent or use it for third-party marketing.
  • Legal Compliance: Only if required by subpoena, court order, or applicable Canadian or US law.
  • No Third-Party Advertising: We never sell your personal information to data brokers.

5. Security & Storage

We implement robust technical and organizational safeguards. Personal data is hosted in certified data centers with continuous monitoring, daily automated encrypted backups, and isolated database partitions.

While no Internet transmission is 100% immune to risk, ChairMora adheres to modern industry standards. For full details on our encryption protocols and audits, please review our Security & Trust Center.

5b. What We Send You, and How to Stop It

We treat messages about your own booking differently from everything else.

  • Service messages — confirmations, changes, cancellations and reminders for an appointment you made or a studio entered for you. These are part of the appointment service. Text messages are sent only where you agreed to them at booking; an email confirmation is sent when your email is provided for a studio-entered appointment.
  • Replies to booking texts — if your studio has two-way SMS enabled, you may verify a coded online booking and ask about its status or request a change. SMS access expires after one hour and the system limits attempts and replies. Reply STOP to opt out of further texts. A bare CANCEL may also be treated as an opt-out by the carrier, so use CANCEL BOOKING to request an appointment cancellation.
  • Manually entered appointments — ChairMora emails a confirmation if the studio provides your email. The studio manages changes directly. Adding your appointment does not enrol you in marketing.
  • Product announcements — news about ChairMora. These appear in the notification bell inside your account. Getting them by email is off until you switch it on, consistent with Canada's anti-spam legislation, and every one carries a one-click unsubscribe that works without signing in and takes effect immediately.
  • ChairMora Circle newsletter — joining through the newsletter form sends your email address to our newsletter provider for delivery and list management. It is separate from account announcement preferences and booking messages. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.
  • Opt-outs stay saved. Unsubscribing or switching the setting off is recorded as an explicit choice; we never re-enrol you because a new feature launched or a new list was built. You can choose to enable a channel again.
  • Studio bulk email — off for each studio until you explicitly subscribe using a verified email account. Importing your contact details, booking an appointment or joining a chat does not subscribe you. You can disable bulk email for one studio or all studios in Studio email & chat preferences on your account page or in Account Settings. Each studio email contains an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Queued emails recheck your preference before sending. Studios use their own authorized client list; they cannot export the platform's client list.
  • In-app direct messages and groups — enabled unless you turn them off, with separate choices per studio or across all studios. Turning a channel off blocks new messages in existing conversations too. A group pauses while a member has group chats disabled; it resumes if that member leaves or enables the channel again. You can leave a chat from its conversation. Leaving removes future access; the sender cannot reopen a direct thread after you leave. These preferences do not change public-profile inquiry replies, booking alerts, ChairMora announcements or newsletter subscriptions.

6. Your Privacy Rights (PIPEDA, CCPA & GDPR)

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as Canada under PIPEDA, California under CCPA/CPRA, or Europe under GDPR), you have specific statutory rights:

Right to Access & Portability

Request a complete copy of the personal data we hold about you in a readable format.

Right to Erasure (Deletion)

Request that we permanently delete your client booking history or studio listing.

Right to Rectification

Correct any inaccurate studio details, phone numbers, or stylist rosters.

Non-Discrimination

Exercising your privacy rights will never alter the pricing or availability of chairs.

7. Cookies & Tracking

A studio may place a ChairMora booking widget on its own website. The embedded booking form loads from ChairMora and lets visitors choose a service, stylist and available time. If sign-in is needed, a secure ChairMora window opens. The widget receives confirmation after the booking succeeds.

ChairMora uses cookies and browser storage for site operation, preferences and the anonymous analytics described above:

  • Session Tokens: Keeping studio owners securely logged into their dashboard.
  • Theme Preferences: Saving your preference for Light Mode or Dark Mode.
  • Visitor Analytics: Optional anonymous browser and per-tab visit identifiers for the 90-day site statistics described above. Collection stops when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
  • Booking and shop drafts: Your browser's session storage can retain booking details, selected products and gift recipient/message details through sign-in for up to two hours. A valid private gift code may also be held locally through sign-in and is removed after a successful claim. Shop drafts are cleared when restored; booking drafts are cleared after confirmation. Session storage also ends when its browsing session ends. Gift links use a URL fragment so the code is not sent in the page request or referring URL.
  • Help Chat Session Identifier: A random string that lets us cap how many questions and booking lookups a single browser makes. It identifies a browser, not a person.
  • Guided Tour State: Whether you have already been shown the introductory tour, so it does not reappear on every visit. You can restart it from Settings.

We do not deploy cross-site tracking cookies from third-party social networks.
